PRICES AND PAYMENTS
– Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance until the userchooses to terminate his/her subscription. In the case of monthly payments, theuser will be charged every thirty (30) days, commencing from the date on whichthe user takes out a subscription. In some cases, the date on which the userwill be charged will change, for example, if it is not possible to confirm thedate of validity on the user’s account card.
– Payment is made by credit/debit card or other paymentmethod which Creative Digital Library at any given time informs the user of.
– Prices do not include any data communication charges whichthe user’s internet or telecommunication service provider may claim under theuser’s contract with such service provider.
– In the event of default of payment, Creative DigitalLibrary reserves the right to terminate the user’s access to Service. User canre-activate his/her access to Service by contactingcreativedigitallibrary@gmail.com
GIFT CARDS/ PROMOTIONCOUPONS
– When You sign up with a CreativeDigital Library Gift Cardand You are not a subscriber of Service, you will be provided full access toService during the full period of the Gift Card. Upon the expiry of the GiftCard Service will be automatically terminated unless user actively signs up asa paying subscriber. However, if user activates a Creative Digital Library GiftCard when he/she is already a subscriber of Service, Creative Digital Librarywill not temporary suspend the requirement for payment of Service for thevalidity period of the Gift Card.
CANCELLATION
– If the user changes his/her mind and wants a refund he/shecan inform within 2days of the subscription taken.
